Before that, as President of XPO Logistics’ supply chain business in the Americas and Asia Pacific, he spearheaded the integration of multiple acquisitions, transforming the business into the world’s second-largest contract logistics provider. At XPO, he oversaw a network of over 400 locations and 32,000 employees, achieving industry-leading growth while cultivating an award-winning, employee-centric culture. An innovator in the field, he holds several patents in supply chain technology.

Shibu Sasidharan is the Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy responsible for all the front-end functions at Exol, including sales, commercial, strategy, and marketing. Shibu has over 20 years of commercial and strategy experience, primarily in the supply chain and automation industry. Prior to joining Exol, Shibu was the Executive VP, Group Strategy and Solutions Consulting at KION. Before that he was Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer at Dematic where he led corporate strategy, business development, and vertical-based marketing. He previously held senior executive positions in Corporate Strategy and Market Intelligence at Baker Hughes and General Electric.

Jeff Wiedwald is the Senior Vice President of Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics at Exol, where he leads operations, new facility startups, customer launches, and security. He runs Exol’s growing network of fulfillment sites, all powered by physical AI. Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience running multi-site logistics and supply chain operations across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Prior to joining Exol, he was President of Contract Logistics, North America at CEVA Logistics, where he led a large-scale turnaround and returned the business to growth. He has also held senior leadership roles at Radial, GXO Logistics, XPO Logistics, and Technicolor, launching dozens of new operations and bringing automation and robotics into large-scale fulfillment. Jeff is known for building engaged teams, a safety-first culture, and the operational discipline that turns new sites into reliable, high-performing operations. He is a U.S. Army veteran who left the service as a captain.

Carl Allen is the Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain at Exol, leading the company’s fulfillment operations across its national network. With more than three decades of experience in supply chain, contract logistics, and distribution, he has run large, multi-site operations for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Prior to joining Exol, Carl was Vice President of Operations and Contract Logistics at CEVA Logistics. Before that, he spent eight years at XPO Logistics as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and later led its last-mile operations for North America. Earlier in his career, he held operations leadership roles at Flextronics, Honeywell, and Verizon. Carl is passionate about building teams that execute at scale, using data to drive continuous improvement, and earning customer trust through consistent, measurable results.

Pinky Lakhia is the Vice President of Human Resources at Exol, where she leads the company’s people and organizational strategy as the business grows and scales. She brings more than 20 years of executive HR leadership experience across technology, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer industries. Prior to joining Exol, Pinky served as Chief People Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer and held senior HR leadership roles at Getinge, Modern Meadow, Covetrus, L’Oréal USA, and Verizon Communications. She has partnered with Boards, CEOs, and executive teams on organizational transformation, executive talent and succession, workforce strategy, and executive compensation, leading organizations through growth and complex change.

Babu Manickavasakam is the Vice President of Technology at Exol, leading IT infrastructure and technology strategy. With nearly two decades of experience in supply chain and 3PL logistics, he has driven large-scale digital transformation and product innovation. Previously, Babu spent over 10 years at GEODIS as Vice President of IT, where he led warehouse and transportation technology initiatives, launched multiple e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery platforms, and played a key role in M&A due diligence. A hands-on technologist and strategic leader, Babu is passionate about building high-performing teams, leveraging data and AI to optimize logistics, and developing scalable technology platforms for growth.

Nance Rominger is the Vice President – Legal at Exol, overseeing legal, risk, and insurance. She brings 20 years of experience across legal and commercial leadership, including complex commercial negotiations, contract management, business development, and strategic customer relationships. Prior to joining Exol, Nance spent more than five years at CEVA Logistics, most recently as Vice President of Customer Success, North America, after serving as Head of Commercial Legal, North America. Throughout her career, she has led large, high-performing organizations responsible for customer retention, revenue growth, and customer experience, balancing risk management with the practical realities of serving customers and building profitable, lasting relationships. At Exol, she takes a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach that supports the company’s commitment to being easy to do business with.

Hugo Santos is the Vice President of Transportation at Exol, responsible for leading the company’s transportation strategy, operations, and carrier network development. With more than 25 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and transportation, Hugo has built and scaled transportation operations across North and Latin America. Prior to joining Exol, he held several leadership positions at CEVA Logistics, including Vice President of Ground Operations for North America and Latin America. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transportation networks, startup operations, network optimization initiatives, and strategic customer programs across multiple industries. Hugo is passionate about building high-performing teams and developing customer-focused solutions.

Chris Soloway is the Vice President and Head of Sales at Exol, where he leads the end-to-end sales organization responsible for bringing new brands and retailers onto the Exol network. He brings more than a decade of experience in third-party logistics and warehouse automation, designing and selling fulfillment operations for some of the world’s best-known retail and consumer brands. Prior to joining Exol, Chris was Vice President of Strategic Sales at Symbotic, one of Exol’s joint venture partners, where he sold warehouse automation systems to large retailers and wholesalers. Before Symbotic, he spent eight years at XPO and GXO in solutions engineering and sales leadership, most recently leading sales for GXO’s largest vertical in North America.

Apurva Vadera is the Vice President of Engineering at Exol, leading engineering strategy, automation architecture, and the development and deployment of Exol’s fulfillment infrastructure. He is responsible for bringing together advanced robotics, intelligent software, and physical AI to build scalable, automation-first fulfillment operations. Apurva brings more than 13 years of experience spanning robotics, supply chain automation, business strategy, and global market expansion. Prior to joining Exol, he was a founding team member and Partner at GreyOrange, where he helped scale the company into a global warehouse robotics business, including establishing and growing its North American operations. He has led global enterprise engagements and large-scale automation deployments for Fortune 500 retailers, manufacturers, and logistics providers. Apurva is passionate about building high-performing teams and transforming how fulfillment infrastructure is designed, deployed, and operated.
